The Michigan Vernal Pools Partnership is going virtual in 2020! Please join us on December 3 to hear great guest speakers, connect with other vernal pool enthusiasts, and get the latest expert updates in vernal pool research, mapping and conservation.   • Impacts of Urbanization on Genetic Diversity and Connectivity of Vernal Pool Amphibians with Dr. Jared Homola, Research Associate, MSU Department of Fisheries & Wildlife
  • Evaluating and Identifying High Quality Vernal Pools for Conservation with Richard Staffen, Zoologist/Conservation Biologist, Wisconsin Natural Heritage Conservation Program, and Betsy Leppo, Invertebrate Zoologist, Pennsylvania Natural Heritage Program
  • Implementing an Effective and Sustainable Citizen Science Program: Michigan Clean Water Corps with Dr. Jo Latimore, Aquatic Ecologist & Outreach Specialist and Michigan Clean Water Corps Coordinator, MSU Department of Fisheries & Wildlife
