A former farmstead and woodlot, this 80-acre sanctuary consists of Dry-Mesic Forest, Old Fields, and Shrub Swamp. Restoration efforts are underway to restore sections of this sanctuary to Oak Savanna. Cuckoos can be heard in the forest during the breeding season, Eastern Bluebirds are a staple of the Old Fields, and migrating warblers can be found along the edge of the Shrub Swamp. Two loop trails meander through the property.
