Get ready to soar, sniff, and eat like a vulture.
Considered to be nature’s garbage disposals, vultures are an important, unique components of ecosystems around the world. Join Michigan Audubon at the Leslie Science & Nature Center in Ann Arbor to celebrate International Vulture Awareness Day through family-friendly crafts, games, and programs featuring live Turkey Vultures. Vulture Day is free and open to the public!
30-minute live vulture programs begin at 10:30am and 11am. Seats are limited, so be sure to arrive on time.
