Join Michigan Audubon and Lansing Parks and Recreation Department to enhance native habitat for pollinators and birds along the Grand River. We will be planting native wildflower and grass seedlings, including common milkweed, purple coneflower, Virginia mountain-mint, little bluestem, and more! If you plan to attend, bring a trowel if you have one, and gardening gloves.

Location: Riverview overlook on Moores River Drive, across from Moores River Estates — parking is limited (three spots). Nearby parking available on Moores River Drive to the east: Drive east on Moores River Drive, and turn left (north) to follow Moores River Drive where it splits from Mt. Hope Avenue. Parking will be on the left, along the river. Walk five minutes back to the planting site.
