Earth Day River Cleanup at Capital City Bird Sanctuary

Please join us for an Earth Day River Cleanup Friday, April 22nd 1pm – 4pm at our Lansing Sanctuary. Please don a pair of waterproof boots, grab a rake and help keep our waterways clean! Those with tall rubber boots can work in the river while others can assist or clean along the roadside. Come spend an afternoon celebrating Earth Day by making the sanctuary healthy for birds, wildlife and people!
Meet at the volunteer parking lot at 6001 Delta River Drive. Please wear waterproof boots and bring gloves if you have them. We will have tools, extra gloves, and bags on hand.
