Join Michigan Audubon for a series of free, guided bird walks at locations throughout the Greater Lansing area this spring – every Tuesday from April 16 to May 21! Linnea Rowse, Conservation Program Coordinator, will lead walks to seek out migratory birds in a variety of habitats. Bring your binoculars (some will be available to borrow) and wear weather-appropriate clothing and footwear. Walks are suitable for all ages and any level of birding experience. This is the perfect time of year to enjoy birds in their beautiful spring breeding plumage! These walks will be canceled in the event of heavy rains or thunderstorms.

April 23 | 8 – 10 a.m. | Baker Woodlot and Rachana Rajendra Neotropical Bird Sanctuary, Michigan State University. Park at the Lewis Landscape Arboretum visitor parking lot (metered parking) on Service Road between Farm Lane and Bogue Street. We will walk from here together to enter the Baker Woodlot trails.
