Summer Sanctuary Bioblitz
June 1 - August 31
Help us learn more about the flora, fauna and feathered friends at Michigan Audubon Sanctuaries this summer.
Plan a visit to one of our sanctuaries between June 1 and August 31 and record your sightings in eBird and iNaturalist. Together we can help identify and report all the amazing plants and wildlife found during the summer months. Your observations help contribute to the growing biodiversity database from Michigan Audubon sanctuaries across the state!
The person with the most records submitted will win a special Michigan Audubon Swag Package! Prize includes a stainless-steel water bottle, hat, stickers, ‘Bringing Nature Home’ by Doug Tallamy, and a beautiful Kirtland’s Warbler art print!
All participants will be entered in a drawing to win a special selection of nature guides and birding books!
To join the project, fill out our form and join the project in iNaturalist! Please email [email protected] with any questions or to view the event flyer, click here.
