| FreeGraceful and entertaining, the Purple Martin is a swallow species that have adapted to depend on human-made birdhouses for survival in the eastern U.S. This fascinating species is on the decline in Michigan, but you can help!
Join us as Conservation Program Coordinator Linnea Rowse addresses “How to be a Good Purple Martin Landlord.” Learn how to acquire and install suitable housing, prepare nests for spring arrival, and perform regular nest checks to ensure young birds’ survival. She will also share useful internet resources and discuss recording and submitting data.
