Program: MSU Science on Tap – The Evolution of Bird Migration and Its Future on our Changing Planet

Wednesday, February 18th, 7:00pm

Brewery Becker, 500 W Main St., Brighton, MI

Professor Benjamin Winger of the Department of Ecology and Evolutionary Biology at the University of Michigan will present “The Evolution of Bird Migration and Its Future on our Changing Planet.” Come join us as we discuss how migration patterns of birds have evolved over time and how changes in the Earth’s climate are affecting migratory species. This event will occur on the second floor of the Brewery, and a cash bar will be available.

Brighton Science on Tap is for anyone with an interest in science and a curious mind who wants to expand their knowledge and spark engaging conversations over a pint. With these conversations on current topics of interest, we aim to create a fun and informal space to explore all things science. All levels of knowledge are welcome, from beginners to experts. Science on Tap events are held on the second floor of Brewery Becker, 500 W Main Street, Brighton Michigan. The second-floor cash bar will be open for our events. Let’s foster a community of learning and curiosity in a fun and relaxed setting. Cheers to science!
