Participants will spend time birding and taking photos and enjoy a tips and techniques session with Jocelyn as part of this tour. Enjoy the Great Blue Heron colony\, Sandhill Crane colts\, and up-close views of songbirds and woodpeckers. This tour will entail a significant amount of walking. \nMichigan Audubon’s Birding Photography Tour is limited to 12 participants\, and we anticipate it filling fast. The fee for the trip is $150 for Michigan Audubon members and $175 for non-members. Please note that the trip fee does not include meals or lodging. \nThis trip is rated MODERATE. The walking paths at Kensington Metropark are well maintained\, but we anticipate walking 8–10 miles for the weekend. \nRegistration will open on March 15.
