DESCRIPTION:Weekly Hike at Millennium Park \nThursdays\, 9:00  – 11:00 AM \nMeet at the end of the dead-end section of Veterans Memorial Drive \n3201-3231 Veterans Memorial Dr SW\, Walker\, MI\, 49534 \nHike Millennium Park to see what’s hanging around! \nThe walk meets at the cul de sac of Veterans Memorial Drive about .5 miles east of Maynard SW. It is a 3-4 mile flat walk through a variety of habitats. The walk begins at 8 a.m. May through September and 9:00 a.m. October through April. We do not have a set time limit and walks may last from 2-4 hours depending on what birds are seen as well as the weather. \nThe walk occurs under most weather conditions year round except for major holidays that fall on Thursdays. There are options for shorter routes if you prefer. \n\nThis event was submitted to our community calendar page by an outside organizer and is not a Michigan Audubon event. DESCRIPTION:GRAND TRAVERSE AUDUBON CLUB \nOur regular programs are usually the second Thursday of the month. They are held typically at Boardman River Nature Center on Cass Road at 7:00 PM.  (Except May/June/July/August) Everyone (including non-members) is welcome to attend! \nDecember 10 (Thursday) – Regular Meeting: Member Photos and Videos\nAnnual Club Holiday Gathering with a showing of member photos and videos. Always a fun time!\nTake a break from your busy Christmas Bird Count schedule and warm up with us! It’s the evening when members share photos and videos of their adventures during the year.
