Specializing in birding and nature related books with an emphasis on the Great Lakes region, we carry field guides, natural history books, gift books, children's storybooks, environmental education guides, and an assortment of gifts. The store travels to many festivals throughout the state and can be visited at our home office in Lansing.

Purchases from the bookstore directly support our educational programs and bird conservation efforts. Michigan Audubon members receive a 10% discount on purchases.

Our Bookstore Catalog is always changing, so keep checking back for new listings. We also have many more titles in our shop that are not listed here, so feel free to contact us if you do not see what you are looking for. We also can recommend and special order books from other regions of the country and international titles. Books ship with in forty-eight hours if they are in stock. In most cases, if a book is not in stock we can special order the book so that you will receive it with in a week.
