Five Standard Rental Venues

These venues can be rented singly or combined. Contact the property manager for more details and a current fee schedule.

Meeting Room
The former Gray Manor living room. Capacity: 20-40 at tables; 50 with chairs only. Tables and seating provided by Lake Bluff.

House
Use of Meeting Room, dining room, kitchen and restroom. Space: 950 sq ft. Capacity: 20-40 at tables; 50 with chairs only. Tables and seating supplied by Lake Bluff.

Terrace
Outdoors next to the Meeting Room is a 25' x 40' (1000 sq ft) cut stone paved terrace. Capacity : seats 24 at our picnic tables (donated by the Manistee Sunrise Rotary Club).

Deck and Cabana
Use of fenced deck area and cabana/restroom. Space: 30' x 40'+ deck (over 1200 sq. ft.) plus 9' x 12' cabana room. Capacity: 40-50 with seating supplied by Lake Bluff* or possible more with seating, tents/tarps supplied by others. (No water service Oct 31 thru Apr 15.)
*Renter is responsible for set up, clean up and return Lake Bluff tables and chairs to storage.

Lawn
Use of lawn area overlooking Lake Michigan, pool house, restroom. The lawn will hold 100+ people easily. Parking for lawn events will be on the main lawn accessed from Lakeshore Rd. Seating, tents/tarps, all accommodations supplied by others.

Organized groups wishing to meet at Lake Bluff on a regular basis should contact the Lake Bluff manager to discuss arrangements and a customized extended period fee.
