Owashtanong Islands Audubon Society, Grand Haven

Meetings are held at 7:30 p.m. on the third Tuesday of the month (September through May) at the United Methodist Church of the Dunes, 717 Sheldon, Grand Haven, MI. Meetings include educational and informative lectures and are open for the general public to enjoy. The chapter also sponsors field trips, bird count activities and conservation work.

Owashtanong Islands Audubon Society's (OIAS) newsletter Far Flowing Water is available online. Far Flowing Water will alert you of upcoming activities and contains additional enjoyable material. OIAS serves the Greater Grand Haven, Michigan, area with stewardship of two island wildlife sanctuaries in the Grand River. OIAS strives to teach the public the value and need for protecting and preserving wildlife, plants, soil, water and other natural resources, and our interdependence.
